Ephesians 4:15-16 (ESV) tells us that “Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
Do you remember as a child, tracking every inch that you grew by a mark on a wall?
It was always fun to look back and see how much you had grown over time. While you couldn’t see you daily progress, over time, the result was remarkable. Spiritual growth occurs in the same way. Maturity happens over time. #JESUSLOVESU
